Fruto de la construcción colectiva, nos alegra enormemente compartir un hito fundamental para la comunidad del agro abierto: ya se encuentra disponible el Protocolo de Evaluación Participativa de Tomates Criollos de Bioleft (Collaborative Evaluation Protocol for Creole Tomatoes in Participatory Breeding Programs), una herramienta metodológica abierta, práctica y replicable, diseñada para el mejoramiento participativo de tomates.

On August 26th, the Bioleft outreach team visited Julia Ríos, tomato evaluator and seed producer at Minka-Semillera (Florencio Varela) to share an assessment of the previous season and plan for the 2024-2025 season. The meeting took place in an atmosphere of trust and closeness, at her own home, where they discussed achievements, difficulties, and next steps.

Esta actividad, realizada en colaboración con el Área de Sustentabilidad y Ambiente de la Secretaría de Extensión y Vinculación (SEyV), incluyó la cosecha de hortalizas y el trasplante de tomates criollos.
