The network seeks to generate collective knowledge about the behavior of different corn varieties, focusing on materials developed by farmers and non-transgenic hybrids of interest for organic and agroecological production systems.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This mapping seeks to develop a comparative and participatory evaluation of corn varieties in diverse environments, including farmers&#8217; fields\u2014with different interests and strategies\u2014and institutional properties, based on jointly constructed criteria. The goal is to learn and share how the materials behave under different conditions, thereby strengthening the processes of selection and participatory improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The materials evaluated in this campaign are open-pollinated varieties (OPVs).
