{"id":3390,"date":"2022-11-14T12:28:20","date_gmt":"2022-11-14T15:28:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bioleft.org\/es\/?p=3390"},"modified":"2022-11-14T12:28:51","modified_gmt":"2022-11-14T15:28:51","slug":"agroecologia-a-la-carta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.bioleft.org\/en\/2022\/11\/14\/agroecologia-a-la-carta\/","title":{"rendered":"Agroecolog\u00eda a la carta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On this occasion we share with you the recently published electronic book <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.unirioeditora.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/978-987-688-504-1.pdf\">&#8220;Agroecolog\u00eda a la carta&#8221;<\/a><\/em>, a work compiled by Claudio Sarmiento, written by 26 authors and arranged in 14 articles that, as he himself says, are as diverse as the agroecological fields; they are full of trees, flowers, insects, people, grasses, birds, crops, colors and aromas. Some authors explore agroecological fields scientifically, while others tell personal stories. Some reflect on the scope of agroecology towards society as a whole, while others narrate experiences strongly rooted in the territories.
